Water returned. Livelihoods revived.

Shambhala Infra delivered the Phangyul Irrigation Project, contributing to the 38-kilometre Phangyul–Kazhi piped irrigation system highlighted by UNDP. The climate-resilient scheme brought dependable water back to farmland left fallow for decades, enabling families to grow rice and rebuild livelihoods.
